How Color Run works
The Color Run is a five kilometer race which attracts more participants or color runners who are soaked from the head in various colors at every kilometer. The race has two rules, and are very easy to follow. Rule number one is that one has to be wearing white cloths at the starting line and the second rule is one has to finish after being plastered with colors.
After the color runners wind up their race, the fun continues with some notable Finish Festival. This is a festival that is bigger than the life party and is vanished with music, dancing and enormous color throws, thus creating millions of glowing color combinations. This is one of the post 5K parties on earth.
Apart from the event being fun, the 5K event is also aimed at promoting healthy lifestyle. More than half of the participants are first timers in the color run and the event is leading nationally when it comes to health and wellness. The Color Run event always acts as a catalyst to the participants so as to live an active and a healthy lifestyle.
Happiness has also been promoted through the Color Run 5K event. It has become an event for all ages, fitness levels and backgrounds.
Color Run brings together people from various demographics that have various reasons for running. The color run caters for everyone, no winners or official time. All runners are involved, whether first time runners or seasoned athletes. Some take part in the Color Run as a way of celebrating the accomplishment of their healthy living, while others take part for other unique reasons.
Color Run management company has partnered with various charity organization in helping bring some sunshine to the less fortunate in the society. As a way of giving back to the society, The Color Run has donated more than $10 million to various charities from 2012 to date.
Color runs are young people’s activities, and also a sport that young people love. But young people’s hobbies are not just in sports, just as they are running in color, and they have been challenging their new path. The young people running on the road to entrepreneurship are more deserving of our applause.
Color running brings us not just a movement. At the same time, it inspires people to hold on to their dreams.
In 1982, haruki murakami began his career as a professional writer and began a long run. His reason for running is simple: writing is a physical and mental torture, and in order to write, he must have a strong body. 30 years, from kauai, Hawaii to Cambridge, Massachusetts, village public triathlon, from Japan to set foot on ancient Greek marathon, murakami running forever.
Everyone who participates in the competition wants to be the first, except ali.
He and his sister have only a pair of shoes. He wore their only shoes to the game, because the third prize was a new pair of sneakers. For his sister, he will win back those shoes. Every second of running, he watches his position in the team. He can’t be left behind, he can’t be number one.
He cried when he “unintentionally” became champion. People thought he was crying and only he knew how much he didn’t want the first one.
There are people who run for different reasons in every corner of the world. Maybe you don’t have to win a pair of shoes while running, maybe you do not like murakami as 30 years like one day to run, but you can run since today, hand in hand you best, stick to it.
