London Chinese Food Festival is one of the unique cultural festivals in the UK aimed at promoting Chinese food culture and also to enhance its influence in the entire UK. The event takes place every summer in London where every restaurant and beverage companies from China and Britain participate. In this festival, food culture plays a critical role in this cultural exchange since Chines cuisine has gained popularity in the UK

This is a kind of festival that provides a three-day foodie wonderland of all Chinese food and drinks. More than 20 Chinese restaurants and stalls serve the finest beverages and dishes for the final alfresco feast. According to this festival, quality is emphasized regarding authenticity and taste where integrity is extended to both environment and social responsibility.

This year’s Chinese food fair will be done at Potter Fields Park this coming weekend. More than 20 food stalls will be serving dishes from dumplings and noodles to bubble wrap waffles. Chefs will do their best to display the unique Chinese cooking skills such as how to cook various dim sum and Chinese hot pot. Clubs will also be serving dim sum feasts and Shanghai cuisine comprising of such dishes as stir-fried crystal shrimp and drunken chicken.  Chinese traditional performances such as Chinese classical dancing will grace the occasion

The main aim of the festival is to offer a nutritional and a healthy twist on Chinese classical street food that is packaged in a single tightly passion filled box. The festival will create a selection of balanced bento boxes with low processed fats that have no artificial addictive and provide the energy all day.

At the same time, UK Han Culture Association is a non-governmental organisation which mainly consists of Chinese overseas students and workers aiming at reviving the traditional Han Chinese Clothing British han wind was founded in 2009, In the students, the main activity place set up in London, since the size of the regular activities remain at around 20 people.
